We awakened to no heat. Called for service diagnostic. Mike and Brandon arrived mid-morning, examined the unit and gave us a repair price. We decided to replace instead of repair. Mike and James were here by 2:00 to start the repairs. They worked all afternoon Tuesday and finished the total heater and air conditioner replacement late the next day. Extremely nice and competent people to work with. Excellent product and service. Will recommend.
